Guidelines for a perfect proposal

1. 1. Who you are and who you're writing to: include your name or company and the client you're sending the proposal to.
2. 2. The work to be done: describe what you've been asked for, from building a website or renovating a bathroom to changing the lightbulbs in a shop.
3. 3. Prices, deadlines and payment: add the amount, the estimated time and the payment terms. If anything is missing, the AI will draft one.
